Escape to The Keats Retreat, a luxurious three-story vacation home nestled in the tranquil Towamensing Trails community of Albrightsville, PA. Surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Pocono Mountains, our retreat is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, making it perfect for families, friends, and groups seeking a memorable getaway.

Whether you’re here to relax by the lake, hit the nearby ski slopes, or simply unwind in a cozy, inviting atmosphere, The Keats Retreat is your ideal home away from home.

Your Home Away From Home

Ground Floor: A Game Lover’s Paradise

The fun starts as soon as you step into our game room, an entertainment hub designed for guests of all ages. Enjoy spirited competitions with:

• Air hockey and foosball tables
• A wide variety of board games
• Ample seating on the plush sectional sofa, which conveniently converts into a bed for additional sleeping space

A washer and dryer are also located on this floor, tucked away in the garage for your convenience.

Second Floor: The Heart of the Home

The second floor is where your group will gather to relax, cook, and create lasting memories. The main living area is warm and inviting, featuring:

• A propane fireplace for cozy evenings
• Comfortable seating, including a couch, loveseat, and oversized chair
• A 65" Smart TV with streaming access for movie nights

The dining area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, which includes everything you need to prepare family meals, from modern appliances to essential cookware.

Step into the four-season room, where radiant heated floors and tranquil seating invite you to relax with a book or enjoy a quiet moment. From here, access the deck, which features a gas grill for outdoor cooking and dining with stunning views of the surrounding nature.

This floor also houses two of the four bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: A peaceful retreat with a queen-sized bed, a sitting area, and a large closet.
• Bedroom 2: A family-friendly space with a twin bed and a full bed, perfect for kids or small families.

Third Floor: Relaxation & Adventure

Head upstairs to the loft, an ideal space for games, lounging, and quiet moments. The loft features:

• Comfortable seating
• A sleeper sofa for additional guests
• Access to the private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air

The third floor also includes:

• Bedroom 3 (Kid’s Room): A whimsical, fun-filled room featuring:
  • Bunk beds and a full bed
  • A swing chair for lounging
  • A small library with books for the little ones
  • A crib for our tiniest guests
• Bedroom 4 (Master Suite): The ultimate retreat, offering:
  • A king-sized bed
  • Vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan
  • A sitting area for relaxation
  • A spacious closet for your belongings

Outdoor Amenities

Surrounded by over an acre of lush greenery, The Keats Retreat invites you to immerse yourself in nature. Enjoy:

• Wildlife sightings, including deer and foxes, from the front deck
• A hammock and cozy seating area beneath the trees in the backyard

Please note: The outdoor firepit is not for guest use, per HOA guidelines.

Community Amenities & Access

The Towamensing Trails community offers a range of amenities for guests to enjoy, including:

• Lake access for swimming, fishing, and relaxing on the beach
• Recreational areas for outdoor activities

Important Notes:

• Parking is available for 8+ cars at the property, with additional spaces at the Community Center and playground.
• Guest passes are required for all community amenities (up to 8 passes provided; children under 5 do not need passes).
• Neighborhood access is available by car or bicycle; please observe the 15 mph speed limit for safety.

Thoughtful Guest Services

Your comfort is our priority. We provide everything you need to start your stay, including:

• A roll of paper towels
• 3+ trash bags
• 3+ rolls of septic-safe toilet paper per bathroom
• All-purpose cleaning spray
• Dishwasher tablets
• A mop and broom

Booking Information

• A two-night minimum stay is required (exceptions may apply for midweek stays).
• The primary renter must be 25 years or older.
• A $40 guest packet fee (paid directly to the HOA) covers wristbands for amenity access and trash disposal. Additional car passes are $5 each.

After booking, you will receive an email via DocuSign to complete registration for community access.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
